Something was wrong for a while, somebody noticed, and there was no easy way to say so.

That is the pattern behind most incidents, and it is the one thing on this page worth remembering. It is not a slogan either: every site across Radwell and Electrical Source now reports the same way, and the results go to people who can act on them.

The minute-long form at the top of this page exists to break that pattern. It is the only part of the program open to everybody, which is why it matters more than anything else here.

Safety training for leadership

Every site leader and DSR completes this by 1 October. It takes about 35 minutes, you can stop and come back, and you get a certificate at the end.

Who to ask

Three people, and your DSR.

For anything at your own site, your DSR is the fastest route by a distance. Their name is on the noticeboard.
